Iran — ranked 20th in the world, a seasoned World Cup side — were being outclassed by a team making just their third World Cup appearance.

But Iran refused to lie down. Ramin Rezaeian had already pulled one back before half time, and Mohammad Mohebbi's 64th-minute equalizer completed a stunning comeback.
